马克思正义观及其当代指导意义

摘要
马克思的正义观是在解决资本主义社会基本矛盾的基础上建立起来的,它强调人的本质特性是"自由的有意识的活动";财产的占有和分配要以劳动为原则;以是否有利于人的发展和生产发展为尺度来评价社会经济现象、政治现象的公平合理性。由于中国在殖民侵略时期、冷战时期、改革开放时期始终受到资本主义国家不同程度的影响,所以中国的不平衡、不充分发展状况与资本主义的长期扩张战略有直接关系。因此,中国摆脱不平衡、不充分发展状况,建设和谐社会,马克思正义观必将发挥直接指导作用。
Marx's concept of justice was established by solving the basic contradictions of capitalist society. It emphasizes that the essential characteristics of human beings are "free and conscious activities". The possession and distribution of property should be based on labor; the fairness and rationality of social and economic phenomena and political phenomena should be evaluated by whether it is conducive to human development and production development. Since China was affected by capitalist countries in degrees during the colonial aggression, the Cold War, and the reform and opening-up, China's imbalance and underdevelopment are directly related to the long-term expansion strategy of capitalism. Therefore, China will get rid of the imbalance, insufficient development, and build a harmonious society. Marx's view of justice will play a direct guiding role.
