基于ArcGIS的1∶5万地形数据更新成果检验与质量评定

摘要
为确保1∶5万地形数据更新成果质量的权威性、现势性、完整性、真实性与准确性,为经济社会发展提供更加优质的基础测绘成果保障服务,检查验收与质量评价是成果质量管控的一项重要措施。由于1∶5万地形数据更新成果采用ArcGIS的File GeoDatabase格式存储,在检查过程中可结合ArcGIS的符号化显示、检查结果空间化存储以及检查记录模板化标注等优势,定制1∶5万地形数据更新成果的地图文档模板和错漏记录的模板化标注,以提高检查验收与质量评价工作的效率,统一质量评价尺度。
In order to ensure the authority, meanwhile, integrity, authenticity and accuracy of 1∶50 000 topographic data update results quality, and provide superior basic surveying and mapping products security service for the economic and social development, the specifications for inspection and acceptance and quality evaluation are important measures of quality control. Because 1∶50 000 topographic data update results using the File GeoDatabase format of ArcGIS to storage data, we combined the advantages of ArcGIS, such as symbol shown, space storage of check results, template annotation of check records, to customize the document template and templated annotation of error records for 1∶50 000 topographic data update results, which could enhance the working efficiency of the specifications for inspection and acceptance and quality evaluation, and unify the scale of quality evaluation.
