阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响

摘要
目的探讨阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响。方法选取射洪县中医院2016年6月—2017年8月收治的妇科疾病患者82例,采用数字单双号模式分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。患者均采集中段尿液进行检验,对照组患者采用常规尿液采集法,观察组患者采用阻止分泌物后采集尿液法。比较两组患者尿液清洁度及上皮细胞、白细胞、蛋白质、红细胞检出率。结果观察组患者尿液标本清洁度优良率高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者上皮细胞、蛋白质、红细胞及白细胞检出率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会对临床尿常规检验结果造成影响,因此在妇科尿常规检验前,需严格按照相关要求进行科学操作,提高尿常规检验准确率。
Objective To investigate the influence of vaginal discharge on urine routine test result.Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with gynecological diseases were selected from June 2016 to August 2017 in Shehong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to models of digital single and double numbers,41 cases in each group.All patients were The urine of patients were collected from the middle section for examination,control group was given conventional urine collection method,and observation group was prevented secretions urine collection.The cleanliness of urine samples and detection rate of epithelial cells,white blood cells,protein,red blood cells were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of urine samples in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).The detection rates of white blood cells,protein and erythrocytes in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretions have a great impact on the clinical urine test results,so before routine gynecological urine test,scientific operations should be carried out in strict accordance with relevant requirements,so as to improve the accuracy of routine urine test.
