重复经颅磁刺激联合失眠颗粒治疗失眠症30例的效果

摘要
目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合失眠颗粒治疗失眠的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例失眠患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组采用rTMS联合失眠颗粒治疗,对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PSQI评分、中医症状评分、焦虑及抑郁评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS联合失眠颗粒治疗失眠效果可靠,可明显改善患者的睡眠质量及不良情绪。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) combined with insomnia granule on 30 cases of insomnia. Methods Sixty cases with insomnia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with rTMS combined with insomnia granule, while the control group was treated with estazolam tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of PSQI, TCM symptoms, anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion rTMS combined with insomnia granule is effective in the treatment of insomnia, which can significantly improve the sleep quality and bad mood of patients.
