摘要

随着信息载体形式的不断变化,要求收集处理海量纷杂信息的手段以及方式也随之发生变化,并使之更科学有效。本文从信息源种类选择、收集费用手段、种类取舍功能评分等三个方面入手,借助现代科学管理中价值工程理论,通过实际案例对信息收集方法进行论证,以期改进文献信息源收集的方法,优化节省图书馆采购成本,满足读者更大需求。
        Accompanied with the information form changing,the means and methods of handling vast mass information change a lot.With the aid of value engineering theory of modern scientific management,this article goes through the three aspects of information source type selection,method of collecting fees,functional score of type choosing,by using concrete cases to demonstrate the information collection methods,in order to improve the literature information collection method,optimize and save library purchase cost,and meet increasing needs.
