梁文珍教授治疗崩漏经验

摘要
梁文珍教授认为崩漏的病因复杂,多虚、瘀、热夹杂,病机关键是脾肾亏虚、瘀热互结。其临证时注重"治崩三法",四诊合参,精准辨证,在出血期塞流、澄源并用,血止后复旧调周,并根据月经周期性的特点分期治疗,整体调节,补肾调周,疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。
Professor LIANG Wenzhen deems that the etiologic factors of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are complicated,mostly concomitant with asthenia,stasis and heat,and the key pathological mechanism lies in consumption of spleen and kidney as well as stagnation accumulating with heat. In clinical practice,he concentrates on "three methods for arresting massive uterine hemorrhage"as well as synthesis of four diagnosis and precise differentiation and treatment. During the period of bleeding,the treatment is a combination of blocking with haemostatic for arresting uterine hemorrhage and treating root cause for arresting uterine hemorrhage. After blood stop,the treatment is recovery method for arresting uterine hemorrhage and regulation of the menstrul cycle combined with the treatment based on stages according to the characteristics of menstrual cycle,with regulation of entirety and tonifying the kidney to regulate the menstrual cycle,which has obtained significant clinical efficacy. One typical case is attached for verification.
