摘要
介绍了减振器环缝焊中的内撑式定位工装及其在目前应用中出现的问题,提出了具体的解决方法,对内撑式定位工装的结构进行了优化设计。实践证明,优化后的内撑式定位工装结构合理,扩展了工装的适用范围,有效提高了企业生产效率和经济效益。
        The internal support type positioning tool for the circular seam welding of shock absorber and the problem in its application were introduced, and specific solutions were proposed. The structure of the internal support type positioning tool was optimally designed. The practice proves that the optimized structure of the internal support positioning tool is reasonable. It expands the applicable scope of the tool, and effectively improves the production efficiency and economic benefits.
