摘要
采用自制磨料磨损实验机,通过室温和高温滑动磨损实验,研究了钨系热作模具钢3Cr2W8V的干摩擦磨损性能。分析了3Cr2W8V钢室温和高温滑动磨损特性以及磨损面形貌,并对磨损机理进行了探讨。结果表明,初始加热温度对3Cr2W8V钢的抗磨性能有较大影响。在初始加热温度低于500℃时,3Cr2W8V钢具有良好的抗磨性能;当超过500℃以后,钢的抗磨性能迅速下降。低温和高温磨损时,3Cr2W8V钢的磨损面形貌均表现为以微犁削磨损为主,只是在室温时微犁沟浅,在650℃时微犁沟的宽度和深度加大。
        The dry friction and wear properties of tungsten-based hot-work die steel 3Cr2W8V were studied by using self-made abrasive wear tester through room temperature and high temperature sliding wear tests. The sliding abrasion characteristics and abrasive surface morphology of 3 Cr2W8V steel at room temperature and high temperature were studied.The wear mechanism was discussed. The results show that the initial heating temperature has great effects on the anti-wear performance of 3Cr2W8V steel. When the initial heating temperature is below 500 ℃, 3Cr2W8V steel has good anti-wear performance. After over 500 ℃, the abrasion resistance of the steel decreases rapidly. Wearing at room temperature and high temperature, the wear surface of 3Cr2W8 V steel is in micro-plow wear. At room temperature, the micro-plowing is slight. At650 ℃, the width and depth of the micro-plowing increase.
