摘要
研究了在支撑托架自动焊接过程中,保证焊缝抗拉强度的前提下,为减小因焊接热应力引起的变形,使用ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3铸造黄铜基座作为主要散热工装的导热性。通过实验研究获得力学性能稳定的焊接接头所要求的焊接规范,以及该规范条件下热量输入与基座导热性的关系,从而为在尽量减小支撑托架焊接变形的条件下同时使焊缝满足使用性能要求的焊接工艺提供参考。
        In order to reduce the deformation caused by welding stress,ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 casting brass base is used as the thermal conductivity of the main heat dissipation equipment under the premise of ensuring the tensile strength of welding seam in the automatic welding process of support bracket. Through experimental study,the required welding specifications for welded joints with stable mechanical properties and the relationship between heat input and thermal conductivity of the base under these specifications are obtained,which can provide a reference for the welding process to minimize the welding deformation of the support bracket and make the weld meet the requirements of service performance.
