基于战略分析的文科综合实验教学示范中心2.0发展规划方法

文科综合实验教学示范中心建设取得了阶段性成效,知网数据库中文献数量的变化预示着文科综合实验教学示范中心1.0时代的落幕和2.0时代的到来。发展规划的科学性和严谨性,决定了文科综合实验教学示范中心2.0建设所能达到的高度。提出了基于PEST、五力、价值链和SWOT等4种战略分析工具的文科综合实验教学示范中心2.0发展规划方法,并应用到青岛大学测试了其有效性,为第二代文科综合实验教学示范中心的建设和发展提供了规划方法参考。
Demonstration Center for Experimental Comprehensive Liberal Arts Education("DC4 ECLAE" in brief) has achieved good results after a round of exploratory construction. Remarkable shrinking of research literatures in CNKI database on center for experimental comprehensive liberal arts education implies the end of DC4 ECLAE 1.0 and the opening of DC4 ECLAE 2.0. The scientificity and rigor of development planning determine the height that can be reached by DC4 ECLAE 2.0. An integrated method for DC4 ECLAE 2.0 development planning made up of four strategic analysis tools of PEST, five forces, value chain,and SWOT was proposed, the effectiveness of which was verified by applying to DC4 ECLAE(Qingdao University). So it provides a referential planning method for the construction and development of the 2 rd generation DC4 ECLAE.
