摘要
利用电磁波传输理论,研究并推导出了电磁波斜入射时Salisbury屏后向反射率公式,使用三维网格法讨论了各个电磁参数、隔离层厚度、入射波频率等同后向反射率之间的关系.研究结果表明:在2~18GHz范围内,角度后向反射率有很大;在f=16GHz时,μ_(r1)和μ_(r2)取值的增加使得材料的磁损耗和储能能力加强,导致材料有很好的吸收效果;然而ε_(r1)和ε_(r2)取值增加时,由于表面反射效应增强,使得吸波效果下降;在2~18GHz频段内后向反射率均可达到4.5dB以上,能够满足军事和民用的要求.
Using the theory of electromagnetic wave transmission,the reflectivity formulas at the oblique incident electromagnetic wave were studied and deduced.And the relationship between the reflectivity,the various electromagnetic parameters,isolation layer thickness and incident wave frequency were discussed by means of using the 3 D mesh method.The results indicated that the incidence angle has a great influence on the reflectivity in the range of 2~18 GHz.In the case of f =16 GHz,the increase of the μ_(r1) and μ_(r2) values of the material makes the magnetic loss and energy storage capacity of the material increase,which results in a good absorption effect.However,when the ε_(r1) and ε_(r2) values of the material,due to the surface reflection effect,the absorption effect is decreased.The reflectivity can reach up to 4.5 dB after the 2~18 GHz band,which can meet the military and civil requirements.
