摘要
谷氨酰胺在机体内可作为小肠代谢的能源物质、免疫细胞的营养物质与抗氧化物质的合成前体,对多种应激导致的生理功能代谢异常有明显的改善与预防效果。所以,谷氨酰胺已在缓解冷应激、热应激、免疫应激及断奶应激等方面得到广泛的应用。现对谷氨酰胺的发现、结构、功能作用及其在畜禽应激和其他领域的应用进行了综述。
        Glutamine can be used as the precursor for the synthesis of energy substance of small intestine metabolism,nutrient substance of immunocytes and antioxidants in the organism.Glutamine play the key role in improvement and prevention effects on a variety of stress-induced physiological and metabolic disorders.Therefore,glutamine has been widely used to remit cold stress,heat stress,immunological stress,weanling stress,etc.This article reviewed the discovery,structure,function,effect of glutamine on its application in livestock stress and other fields.
