合生素对断奶应激水貂腹泻的影响

摘要
为研究合生素对断奶应激水貂腹泻的影响,试验分为益生菌组、益生元组和合生素组,分别饲喂添加有0.1%芽孢杆菌制剂、0.1%低聚木糖和0.1%合生素的基础日粮,试验共进行14 d。研究发现,与对照组、益生菌组、益生元组相比,合生素组水貂腹泻率和死亡率显著降低(P <0.05);短时间添加合生素可以明显提高血液总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白水平,但对血清其他生化指标影响不大,还可显著提高粪便乳酸杆菌数量(P <0.05),抑制大肠杆菌的增殖。研究表明,在水貂断奶期间添加0.1%合生素对预防水貂腹泻病的发生具有一定的抑制效果。
        This study was to evaluate the effect of synbiotics on diarrhea of weaning stress mink. The test components were probiotic group,prebiotic group and synbiotic group,which were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.1% Bacilluspreparation,0.1% xylooligosaccharide and 0.1% synbiotics. The period was 14 days. The study showed that compared with the control group,the probiotic group,and the prebiotic group,the diarrhea rate and mortality in the synbiotic group were signifi cantly reduced;The levels of total blood protein,albumin and globulin were increased obviously by adding synbiotics in a short time,but it had little effect on other biochemical indicators of serum,can also signifi cantly increase the number of fecal lactobacilli,inhibit the proliferation of E. coli. It was concluded that adding 0.1% synbiotics in the weaning period had certain effect on preventing the occurrence of diarrhea disease of mink.
