X线数字断层融合技术在骨关节外伤诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的探讨X线数字断层融合技术在骨关节外伤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月间我院收治的78例骨关节外伤患者,给予X线数字断层融合技术进行诊断(观察组),并给予常规X线检查作为对照(对照组)。比较两种方法的诊断效果及临床应用价值。结果观察组使用X线数字断层融合技术后图像质量评分高于采用常规X线检查的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组总准确率为89. 74%,高于对照组的66. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组敏感度与特异度为98. 57%和87. 50%,均高于对照组的71. 43%和75. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在骨关节外伤尤其是一些复杂部位骨折的诊断中应用X线数字断层融合技术可以提高诊断准确率,在临床具有应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of X-ray digital tomosynthesis in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma. Methods A total of 78 patients with bone and joint trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. X-ray digital tomography was used for diagnosis. Then compare the diagnostic result with that of the routine X-ray examination. Results The image quality scores of the observation group after X-ray digital tomosynthesis were higher than those of the control group with conventional X-ray examination. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total accuracy of the observation group was 89. 74%,which was higher than that of the control group( 66. 67%). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were 98. 57% and 87. 50%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group( 71. 43% and75. 00%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of X-ray digital tomosynthesis in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma,especially in the diagnosis of complex fractures,can improve the diagnostic accuracy and has clinical application value.
