摘要

目的:探讨触诊判断胃管位置法在ICU留置胃管患者中的应用效果。方法:收治ICU留置胃管患者186例,分为试验组和对照组,分别采用传统在胃区听气过水声法和触诊判断胃管位置法。结果:两组判断成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:触诊判断胃管位置法在ICU留置胃管患者中的应用效果显著。
        Objective:To explore the application effect of judging stomach tube position by palpation method in patients with indwelling stomach tube in ICU.Methods:186 patients with indwelling stomach tube in ICU were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The two groups were given stomach area auditory air over water method and judging stomach tube position by palpation method respectively.Results:There was no significant difference between groups in the judging success rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of judging stomach tube position by palpation method in patients with indwelling stomach tube in ICU was significant.
