大型往复式压缩机状态监测与故障诊断技术在沁水煤层气田的应用

摘要
华北油田应用状态监测与故障诊断技术,经过六年的不断摸索,使状态监测结果与压缩机运行有效结合,在压缩机不分解的情况下,借助传感器技术、信号动态测试与处理技术,准确的判断出故障部位及故障状态,使压缩机故障得到早期预报,制定了适合煤层气用大型往复式压缩机的状态监测方法、故障诊断措施和修保措施。大幅度降低了压缩机故障率,防止了重大故障的发生,延长了压缩机大修周期,减少了维修费用,取得了较好的经济效益。
        After 6 years' continuous exploration,the status monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of Huabei Oilfield could realize the combination of condition monitoring results and compressor operation. In the case of the compressor is not decomposed,with the sensor technology,signal dynamic testing and processing technology,the fault location and fault status could be accurately determined,and the early warning of compressor failure could be made. It also formulates the condition monitoring methods,fault diagnosis measures and repair measures for CBM large reciprocating compressors. The failure rate of the compressor could be greatly reduced by adopting the technology,the occurrence of major failures are prevented,the overhaul period of the compressor are prolonged,the maintenance cost are reduced,and good economic benefits are achieved.
