摘要
采用力学性能测试、熔体流动速率测试、差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试、光泽度测试和色差测试,研究了苯胺黑对阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料力学性能、流动性能、热学性能和外观性能的影响。结果表明:随着苯胺黑含量的增加,阻燃增强PBT材料的力学性能下降;苯胺黑可提高材料流动性,降低结晶温度和熔点,减少玻璃纤维外露,提高光泽度。
Mechanical properties test, melt flow rate test, differential scanning calorimetry(DCS) test, gloss and color test were used to study the effect of aniline black on mechanical properties, fluidity, thermal properties and appearance of flame retarding reinforced polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) material. The result indicated that the mechanical properties of flame retarding reinforced PBT declined with the increase of aniline black content, which was due to the degradation of PBT materials caused by aniline black. Aniline black can improve the fluidity of the material, reduce the crystallization temperature and melting point, thus reduce the exposure of glass fiber and improve the gloss.
