摘要

现代大学制度是大学的治理模式、制度规范和行为准则的统一体,新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)实现治理结构改革,成为现代大学制度建设的典范。在外部治理结构上实现完全自主;在内部治理结构上,实现教授治学,拓宽民主管理的渠道,使内部机制运行高效、灵活,为建设中国特色现代大学制度,提供了很好的借鉴意义。
        The modern university system is the unity of the university's governance model,institutional norms and codes of conduct.Nanyang Technology University( NTU) in Singapore has realized the reform of governance structure and has become a model for construction of modern university system.It has achieved complete autonomy in the external governance structure,and has implemented a professor's scholarship in terms of the internal governance structure.It has also broadened the channels of democratic management,and made internal mechanisms efficient and flexible.It provides a good reference for building a modern university system with Chinese characteristics.
