新医改背景下医学人文精神培养探析

摘要
新医改的实施呼唤医学人文精神,医学人文精神是新医改的价值确证,也是新医改实施的必要保障,新医改对医学人文精神有着具体的规定性。在新医改的背景下,医学与人文的协调发展是医学人文精神培育的起点,多层次的培养方略是其必经途径,人性化的医疗是医学人文精神的最终落脚点。
The implementation of the new medical reform calls for the medical humanistic spirit, which is the confirmation of the value of the new medical reform and the necessary guarantee for the implementation of the new medical reform. The new medical reform has specific provisions for the medical humanistic spirit. Under the background of the new medical reform, the coordinated development of medicine and humanities is the starting point of the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit. The multi-level cultivation strategy is the necessary way, and the humanized medical treatment is the final foothold of medical humanistic spirit.
