摘要

新县方言指的是新县境内占主流地位的方言。笔者认为新县方言的声母系统中翘舌音大多被读成平舌音,唇齿音f替代舌根音h,鼻音声母n与边音l不分,舌面前音j、q与撮口呼相拼时声母韵母都发生变化;韵母在与拼读过程中出现很多变化,如复元音韵母丢失韵头、前鼻音后鼻音不分等等;声调的调值较难把握,这里只做简单说明。
        Xinxian County dialect is the dominant dialect in Xinxian County.The author thinks that the initial consonant system of Xinxian County dialect in cacuminal mostly read a retroflex,labiodental f instead of velar h,nasal N and lateral L is not divided,coronal J,Q and pursed-mouths spell when changes occur consonant and vowel;vowels change a lot in with the spelling process,such as compound vowel alliteration,before losing nasal after nasal regardless of and so on;the tone value is difficult to grasp,here only briefly.
