摘要
对原有供热锅炉进行改造,采用分层给煤方式实现了煤、沫均匀混合、分层燃烧,增大了燃煤与空气的接触面积,解决了老式锅炉燃烧工况差的问题,使炉渣温度大幅下降,提高了锅炉运行效率。同时改用新型电加热器,采用多管、大面积换热结构,内部采用"分层、逐节加热"方式使燃油受热均匀,消除因油品过热而产生的碳化和结焦问题。
        The transformation of the original heating boilers has achieved uniform mixing of lump-powder coals and stratified combustion by layered coal feeding,which increased air contact area of the coal-fired,solved the problem of poor performance of the old boilers,greatly lowered slag temperature and improved the boiler efficiency. Meanwhile the transformation has also adopted new model electric heater,multi-tube/large-area heat exchange structure and internal stratified and stepped heating method,thus made the oil heated evenly and eliminated oil carbonization and coking due to overheating.
