大背景下开放教育课程建设面临的机遇与挑战

摘要
近十年来,MOOCs及其衍生物e MOOCs、xMOOCs等网络学习新现象成为全球关注的焦点,给高等教育带来了前所未有的冲击和挑战,为在广播电视大学基础上组建转型中的开放大学更是提供了新的发展机遇。以江苏开放大学环境监测课程建设和改革为例,结合课程建设、运行过程中的思考,提出适应当下的环境监测课程体系,期望建成满足多样化学习需求的优质课程资源,建立适应经济社会发展、适合全民终身学习及具有区域特色的开放教育课程。
In the past ten years,MOOCs,eMOOCs,xMOOCs,and other new phenomenons of network learning become the focus of global attention.It brought unprecedented shocks and challenges to higher education,and provided a new opportunity for Open University in the transition.Take curriculum construction and reform of environmental monitoring in Jiangsu Open University as an example,the paper proposed the importance of timely environmental monitoring curriculum system and high quality curriculum resources and except to set up an open education course adapted to economic and social development and suitable for the whole people's lifelong learning and with regional characteristics.
