Currently the research on this topic in China mainly focuses on the following two aspects: first, the research on education of college students' new media literacy; second, the research on information literacy of English teachers in vocational colleges. The concept of media literacy education is also expanding in western countries. From the existing research results, the qualitative research is more, the quantitative research is less, the research object is more extensive and lack of systematic.
