摘要

培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是高校思想引领工作管理模式创新的外部驱动力,适应新生代大学生成长规律和培养创新型人才是内部驱动力。构建"善管理,重引导"思想引领工作管理模式,要树立"以人文本"的基本理念,应以教育形式多样化、教育主题模块化、教育活动项目化为基本方式和内容,以新媒体为载体平台,以学生满意度和学生行为意向为评估指标。
        In view of the innovation of management mode for work guided by university ideology,to cultivate new personnel of the new era who are responsible for national rejuvenation is the external driving force,while to adapt to the growth law of the new generation and to cultivate innovative talents is the internal driving force. The management model for work guided by the idea of " effective management with emphasis on guidance" should be constructed by taking " people-centered" as the basic idea,the diversification of educational forms,the modularization of educational subjects and the projection of transformation of educational activities as the basic methods and content,the new media as the carrier platform,and the students' satisfaction and behavioral intention as evaluation indicators.
