摘要
目的:根据药品微生物实验室可能的污染源,选择微生物敏感的消毒液。方法:参考药敏实验的试管法和纸片扩散法测定《中国药典》2015版四部通则1121抑菌效力检查法涉及的5种菌株对实验室常用4种消毒液敏感情况(即消毒液对5种菌株的抑菌效力)。结果:75%酒精、84消毒液、新洁尔灭消毒液(浓度1∶8稀释)、甲酚皂溶液四种消毒液均对5种菌株有抑制作用。结论:药品微生物实验室,上述四种消毒液可以交替使用,遇到革兰阴性菌污染时,甲酚皂溶液的效果较好。
Objective:To select the appropriate disinfectants according to the possible sources of contamination in the pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory. Methods:Testing the sensitivity of five strains, to apply the rule 1211 of anti-bacterial efficacy mentioned in the fourth part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in the 2015 edition, on four kinds of disinfectants to be used in the laboratory by test-tube method and Kirby-Bauer test of sensitive examination, that is, the anti-bacterial effect of disinfectants on five strains. Results:All four disinfectants, 75% alcohol, 84-disinfectant, bromo-geramine disinfectant(1 ∶8 diluted) and saponated cresol solution, have inhibitory effects on five strains. Conclusion:The four kinds of disinfectants may interchangeably be used for pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory, and the effect of saponated cresol solution is better for the pollution of Gram-negative bacteria.
