人性化优质护理干预对直肠阴道瘘患者心理状态、生活质量及术后恢复的影响

摘要
为探讨人性化优质护理干预对直肠阴道瘘(RVF)患者心理状态、生活质量及术后恢复的影响,选取2014年1月至2018年2月我科收治的RVF患者82例,根据入院顺序编号,分为奇数组和偶数组,各41例,奇数组予以常规基础护理,偶数组予以人性化优质护理,评价2组患者施护前后心理状态和生活质量变化,比较2组患者术后恢复及施护效果。结果显示,2组患者施护后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活质量评价量表(QOL)评分均明显降低,P <0.05;但偶数组患者施护后较同期奇数组SDS、SAS及QOL评分更低,组间比较差异均有统计学意义,P <0.05。偶数组术后恢复效果总显效率(92.68%)明显高于奇数组(75.61%),P <0.05。偶数组施护满意率(90.24%)明显高于奇数组(68.29%),P <0.05。结果表明,人性化优质护理能够明显改善RVF患者心理状态,提高其生活质量,对术后恢复具有积极的作用,护理效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
To investigate the influence of humanized top-notch nursing intervention on the mental situation,quality of life and postoperative recovery of patients with rectovaginal fistula(RVF),82 RVF patients in author's department(2014-01-2018-02)were randomly divided into odd number group(41 cases,routine basic nursing)and even number group(41 cases,humanized top-notch nursing),then both groups' changes in mental situation and in life quality between before and after nursing were evaluated,and their postoperative recovery and nursing efficacy were compared between the two groups.As results,in both groups compared with before nursing the post-nursing scores on SDS,SAS and QOL were declined(P <0.05);but the decline of even number group was more lower(P <0.05)than odd number group,there was all statistical difference between the two groups;in the total excellent rate of postoperative recovery status,and in satisfactory degree to nursing even number group was all significantly higher than odd number group(92.68% vs 75.61%,P <0.05,90.24% vs 68.29%,P <0.05).Results show that humonized topnotch nursing can significantly improve RVF patients' mental situation,enhance their quality of life,thus which has active role on postoperative recovery,can achieve satisfactory nursing efficacy.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
