摘要
<正>成熟的中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损伤后几乎无再生能力,其再生修复问题一直是国内外医学界研究的难题。目前公认的是由于CNS神经元所生存的外部微环境中,存在各种外源性生长促进性和抑制性因子,这些因子均能诱导生长锥塌陷,导致轴突再生失败。神经再生抑制因子中Nogo蛋白作为抑制CNS再生的最重要的物质[1],在脑损伤中的作用越来越受到学者重视,被认为是造成CNS损伤后难以修复的重要
