摘要
目的评价CT和MR对不同脑血管疾病的诊断效果。方法选取2015年2月1日—2017年2月8日我院收取的粥样硬化斑块和颈动脉狭窄患者200例作为研究对象。采用抽签分组方式,将200例研究对象分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),两组研究对象分别实施MR诊断和多排螺旋CT诊断,将两组患者的诊断结果进行对比。结果观察组患者的检出率为96.00%,高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者的误诊率以及漏诊率相比较,观察组患者误诊率、漏诊率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT与MR在粥样硬化斑块和颈动脉狭窄中的诊断价值进行比较后,MR具有显著优势,能弥补多排螺旋CT诊断中的不足。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic effect of CT and MR on different cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 200 patients with atherosclerotic plaque and carotid artery stenosis were selected from February 1, 2015 to February 8, 2017. 200 cases were divided into observation group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases) by drawing lots. MR diagnosis and multislice spiral CT diagnosis were performed in both groups. The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared. Results The detection rate of the observation group was 96.00%, higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups, the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the observation group were lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and MR in atherosclerotic plaque and carotid stenosis, MR has significant advantages and can make up for the shortcomings of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis.
