摘要
异构网络设备数据采集系统,主要负责采集智能工厂异构网络中的设备数据,实现不同接口、不同协议设备之间的数据通信。文中基于工业以太网和智能网关将工厂设备归类并设计硬件连接方案,建立通信网络的I/O模型,从TCP/IP协议栈的4个层次阐述数据采集通信的全过程,最终实现设备端和监控端之间应用层的互联互通。
The data acquisition system of the heterogeneous network device is mainly responsible for collecting device data in the heterogeneous network of the smart factory,and realizing data communication between different interfaces and different protocol devices.Based on industrial Ethernet and intelligent gateway,this article classifies plant equipment and designs hardware connection scheme, establishes I/O model of communication network, and expounds the whole process of data acquisition and communication from four levels of TCP/IP protocol stack.Finally implements the application layer interconnection between the device end and the monitoring end.
