油价触底回升后我国石油公司上游业务发展对策与建议

摘要
2014年下半年以来,中低油价形势持续了三年多的时间。近一年来,油价触底反弹并持续震荡,原油市场已回到中油价环境。本文针对国内油公司面临的困难和挑战,提出了我国石油公司上游业务发展对策与建议,确保我国石油公司上游业务可持续快速发展。
Since the second half of 2014,the situation of low oil prices has lasted for more than three years.In the past year,the oil price has bottomed out and continued to fluctuate.The crude oil market has returned to the environment of medium oil price.Aiming at the difficulties and challenges faced by domestic oil companies,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of upstream business of Chinese oil companies to ensure the sustainable and rapid development of upstream business of Chinese oil companies.
