罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于硬膜外无痛分娩临床观察

摘要
目的观察硬膜外应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼注射液在无痛分娩中的应用及临床效果。方法选择我院产科2013年1月至2014年2月收治的足月初产妇200例,根据随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组为自然分娩的初产妇,观察组予罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉。同时观察记录产妇分娩时间、产后出血量、分娩疼痛程度NRS评分、新生儿Apart评分以及产妇不良反应等。结果两组产妇在产后出血量、新生儿Apart评分及产妇不良反应上比较无明显差异。而在产程、分娩疼痛程度NRS评分等指标上,观察组明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉是一种安全有效的无痛分娩方法,值得临床上进行推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of ropivacaine combined sufentanil in the epidural application of painless childbirth. METHODS Selecting 200 parturient cases from January,2013 to February,2014 in the hospital,and randomly dividing them into control group and study group,with 100 cases in each group. The control group were natural birth primigravida patients and ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia was used in the study group. Meanwhile,maternity time,postpartum haemorrhage,pain scores,neonatal Apart score and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. RESULTS There were no significant differences in postpartum haemorrhage,neonatal apart score and adverse reactions in two groups. In the production process and maternal pain scores,the study group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION For painless delivery,ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural block is a safe,reliable way,being worthy of promotion and clinical application.
