个性化心理护理对复发性流产患者消极情绪的影响

摘要
目的探讨采取个性化心理护理对复发性流产患者消极情绪的影响情况。方法收集2016年1月—2017年12月本院复发性流产患者60例,随机分成对照组30例给予常规护理干预,观察组30例在常规护理干预基础上联合个性化心理护理干预,比较两组患者消极情况。结果两组患者干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;干预后观察组生活质量生理机能(PF),生理职能(RP),躯体疼痛(BP),一般健康状况(GH),精力(VT),社会功能(SF),情感职能(RE),精神健康(MH)平均得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;干预后,观察组护理满意度为(92.12±2.14)分,对照组护理满意度为(70.25±1.87)分,两组护理满意度之间有显著性差异,有统计学意义(t=42.1500,P<0.05)。结论给予复发性流产患者个性化心理护理可显著改善患者消极情绪,对于提高患者生活质量,改善患者对本院护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To probe into the influence of individualized psychological nursing for negative emotion in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods 60 cases of patients with recurrent abortion ever hospitalized in our hospital during January 2016 and December 2017 were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group(n = 30) was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(n = 30) was treated with individualized psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.Then,the negative situations of two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P> 0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.The quality of life of PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was(92.12± 2.14) scores,while the nursing satisfaction of the control group was(70.25±1.87) scores,and there was significant difference between the two groups on nursing satisfaction(t = 42.1500,P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusions The individualized psychological nursing for patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion could significantly improve patients' negative emotions,the quality of life of patients and their satisfaction with nursing work in our hospital,thus it is worthy to be promoted and used in the clinic.
