摘要
以兰州市七里河晏家坪某高校新建教学楼建设项目桩基础承载力检测试验研究为基础,通过对锚桩法、堆载法、自平衡法检测方案的比较研究,突出桩基自平衡检测技术在保证工程安全、缩短桩基检测工期、降低基础工程施工成本方面的技术优势。弥补了JGJ 94—2008建筑桩基技术规范中依据经验值提出承载力极限值的不足,为优化桩基础设计,合理控制基础工程造价提供可靠的参考依据。
Based on the testing research of bearing capacity of pile foundation in a new teaching building construction project of Yanjiaping University in Qilihe,Lanzhou,this paper focuses on the self-leveling of pile foundation by comparing the testing schemes of anchor pile method,surcharge method and self-balancing method. The technical advantages of weighing detection technology in ensuring engineering safety,shortening the construction period of pile foundation detection and reducing the construction cost of foundation engineering. It makes up for the deficiency of the limit value of bearing capacity proposed in JGJ 94—2008,which is based on the experience value,and provides reliable reference for optimizing the design of pile foundation and reasonably controlling the cost of foundation engineering.
