摘要
针对火电厂炉内加石灰石进行脱硫时DCS操作步骤复杂、SO_2不易控制的现状,提出了炉内脱硫顺序控制的方案。基于OVATION控制系统,利用MASTERSEQ算法和DEVICESEQ算法设计出顺序控制逻辑,并详细阐述了顺序控制逻辑的具体实现方法,结合现场设备完成调试,实际运行效果良好,实现了炉内脱硫控制操作简单、SO_2容易控制的目标。
Aimed at solving current situation of DCS complex operation steps when added limestone powder to desulphurization in the furnace of thermal power plant and difficulty of controlling the concentration of SO_2,the scheme of desulphurization sequence control was proposed. Based on OVATION control system, MASTERSEQ algorithm and DEVICESEQ algorithm were used to have designed sequence control logic. This paper also elaborated the implementation method of sequential control logic, and completed debugging with field devices. Thesystem has runned well in actual production, achieved the goal of simple operation of desulfurization and controlling SO_2 concentration easily.
