摘要
汽车控制面板的旋钮开关是人机交互界面一款不可或缺的操作零件。为了生产一款成本低廉、适用性强的旋钮开关,在分析了旋钮开关注塑件结构的基础上,应用Pro/E软件对该旋钮注塑模具进行整体设计,包括模具的分型面选择,以及模具的浇注系统、脱模机构、成型零部件结构的设计计算,并应用Moldflow软件对塑件成型过程进行了模拟。实践证明,该模具结构合理、紧凑,且动作稳定可靠,生产出的旋钮成本低、适用性强。
        The knob switch of automobile control panel was an indispensable operation part of humancomputer interaction interface. In order to produce an adaptable fan knob product with low cost,the overall knob injection mold was designed with Pro/E software,which was based on the analysis of the structure of the knob plastic part. The process of the design included the selection of the parting surface of the mold,the design calculation of the gating system of the mold,the demoulding mechanism and the structure of the forming parts. The forming process of plastic parts was simulated by Moldflow software. Practice has proved that the mold structure is reasonable and compact,which works stably and reliably. The produced knob has low cost and strong applicability.
