某型火炮后大架与下架铰接优化仿真研究

摘要
某型火炮后大架与下架连接孔发生明显磨损使孔径增大,孔径的增大影响了火炮的射击精度,每次大修均需扩孔并楔入原尺寸原材料衬套恢复技术状态。为使火炮在服役过程中保持稳定的技术状态,基于计算非线性多体系统动力学和虚拟样机技术,建立该型火炮的发射动力学模型,研究楔入不同材料衬套在不同间隙水平下接触力及炮口扰动变化情况,结果表明:接触力随间隙的增大而增大,且左右大架接触力具有独立性,左右交互影响性不显著;从炮口扰动、接触力在不同间隙水平下的幅值看,楔入铜衬套,炮口扰动和接触力变化较平稳,动力学特性最稳定,为该型火炮的改进提供数据支撑。
        The joint hole between gun's back trail and bottom carriage was enlarged by wearing and plastic deform and the firing accuracy was effected by the expand of the diameter of the hole. In order to recover its technique condition, the hole was expanded and then wedged into a new bush with original material and dimension. In order to keep it in a stable technique condition, based on non-linear multi-body dynamics and virtual prototype technology, a firing dynamic model of the gun was built. The bush with different material in different clearance level effect on contact force and muzzle disturbance were researched, the results are as follows: the joint force of back trail increases with the increment of joint clearance, and the joint force effect is isolate, the interaction of joint forces between left and right trail were not obvious. Considering the altitude of muzzle disturbance and joint contact force in different clearance level, the contact force and muzzle disturbance are changing stably with the increment of joint clearance by wedged into copper bush, and the dynamic of the gun becomes stable. The research can support the improvement of the gun.
