摘要
研究复方清肺泡腾片的最佳成型工艺,开发具有清肺止咳、清咽利喉、清热解毒功效的保健食品。在单因素试验结果基础上,以崩解时限、CO_2释放量为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,考察泡腾片中干浸膏粉的用量、泡腾剂中酸碱源的用量及其比例,确定复方清肺泡腾片的最佳成型工艺。试验确定复方清肺泡腾片的最佳成型工艺为取组份比例为19.78%柠檬酸,与17.5%干浸膏粉、15%乳糖混合混匀,加入适量1%PEG6000无水乙醇混匀,制得酸源颗粒;取组份比例为15.22%的碳酸氢钠,与17.5%干浸膏粉、15%乳糖混匀,加入适量1%PEG6000无水乙醇溶液混匀,制得碱源颗粒;再将酸源颗粒与碱源颗粒混匀,整粒,进行压片。
To optimize molding technology of Fufangqingfei effervescent tablets,and develop as a health-care food with the efficacy of purifing the lung,relieving a cough,clearing throat and clearing hot detoxify. The molding technology of Fufangqingfei effervescent tablets was optimized by L_9(3~4)orthogonal test with effervescent acid-base ratio,the amount of dry extraction powder and effervescent as factors using disintegration time and CO_2 release amount as indexes based on the results of single factor experiment. The optimal molding technology of Fufangqingfei effervescent tablets was as follows:mixed up 19.78 % citric acid,17.5 % dry extraction powder and 15 % lactose,then added in proper 1 % PEG6000 ethyl absolute solution to get acid source granule.And used the same method to prepare alkali source granule. At last,combined acid source granule with alkali source granule to stove and pellet.
