摘要
PS转炉的间断操作存在炉口漏风、烟气外溢等问题。针对此问题,通过对转炉活动烟罩限位开关和送风系统控制策略的整改完善,大大减少了转炉送、停风过程中的烟气外溢和喷炉现象,从源头上降低低空污染,环保效益和经济效益显著。
Most copper smelting enterprises in the world adopts PS converter for blowing process at present. But the discontinuous operation of PS converter has some problems such as air leakage at the furnace mouth and gas escape. To solve these problems, the position limit of CF movable hood and control of blowing system should be improved and reformed, which greatly reduce the low altitude pollution in the process of CF production.
