机载激光扫描技术在输电线路运维中的应用

摘要
随着以特高压为骨干网架的大电网建成,传统以人力巡视为主的输电线路运维模式难以满足现实状况的需求。文中输电线路巡检作业利用机载激光扫描技术,同时融合多光谱、全景摄影、倾斜摄影、图像智能分析等技术,实现重大、紧急缺陷快速检测、不同运行工况实时分析、输电线路走廊树种分析和生长趋势预测、通道外破隐患智能识别与告警。并建立直升机无人机可视化巡检管控平台,实现对输电线路运行维护的智能化、信息化、可视化管理。
        With the construction of large power grid, ultra-high voltage(UHV) is taken as backbone network, the traditional mode of operation and maintenance of transmission lines based on manpower patrol cannot meet the requirement of actual conditions. In this paper, airborne laser scanning technique, simultaneously, integration of multi-spectral, panoramic photography, oblique photography, and image intelligent analysis technique etc., are used for patrol inspection of transmission lines, to achieve the rapid detection of major and urgent defects, different operating conditions realtime analysis, transmission lines corridor tree species analysis and growth trend prediction, and intelligent identification and alarm of hidden danger of external force. Moreover, establishing helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle visual inspection and control platform, the intelligent, information-based and visual management of transmission line operation and maintenance is realized.
