基于精准辨证理论的名老中医经验传承研究方法

摘要
现有的名老中医经验传承研究方法,虽然已经取得了丰硕的成果,但是仍然存在诸多不足,如在资料的收集整理方面主观性较强,不够准确、客观,并且对名老中医在临床诊疗过程中所运用的逻辑思维研究力度不够等。运用精准辨证理论研究名老中医经验不仅可以客观、全面的采集、提取信息,做到临床资料来源的准确性及全面性,而且经过对患者病情变化精确的动态观察,抓住病机变化的动态演变,及时调整治疗方案,提高疗效。对于病情复杂患者的精准辨证,更能体现名老中医的辨证思维方法,是名老中医辨证思想的精髓。运用精准辨证理论系统可在传承"有形的"诊疗技术、处方用药的同时,将"无形"的辨证思维等思想精髓渗透入继承的思维之中。
Although the existing research methods for the experience inheritance of famous and old TCM doctors have achieved fruitful results,there are still many shortcomings,such as strong subjectivity,inaccuracy and no objectivity in data collection and collation,and inadequate research on the logical thinking used by famous and old TCM doctors in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Using accurate syndrome differentiation theory to study the experience of famous and veteran TCM can not only objectively and comprehensively collect and extract information,and achieve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of clinical data sources,but also through accurate dynamic observation of patient's condition changes,seize the dynamic evolution of pathogenesis changes,timely adjust treatment programs and improve curative effect. Accurate grasp of flexible syndrome differentiation methods for patients with complex conditions can better reflect the syndrome differentiation thinking method of famous and old TCM doctors,and is the essence of the syndrome differentiation thinking of famous and old TCM doctors It can not only inherit " tangible" diagnostic and therapeutic technology and prescription medication,but also infiltrate the essence of " invisible" syndrome differentiation thinking into the inherited thinking.
