温度对绿叶期石蒜鳞茎生理特性及叶片根系的影响

摘要
采取随机区组试验设计,通过对绿叶期盆栽石蒜进行控温处理及鳞茎内含物测定,探究温度与其鳞茎生理特性及叶片根系的关系,为石蒜的花期调控与产业化生产提供技术支持和理论依据。结果表明,适当高温(20℃、25℃)处理下,绿叶期石蒜有新根萌发,叶片枯黄;绿叶期石蒜鳞茎内可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降趋势,而可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先下降后上升趋势。由此可见,在石蒜绿叶期适当进行高温处理可以促进石蒜根系萌发和枯叶,并且影响其鳞茎生理特性。但温度对石蒜根系萌发并无直接影响,石蒜鳞茎生理特性与根系萌发无明显关联,叶片枯黄与根系萌发存在明显关联,故温度是通过调控石蒜生长节律从而间接影响其根系萌发。
        A randomized block experiment design was used to explore the relationship between temperature and leaf and root as well as physiological characteristics of bulb of Lycoris radiata during a controlled temperature treatment and measurement of bulb inclusions in potted Lycoris radiata during the green leaf period, in order to provide technical support and theoretical basis for flowering control and industrialization of Lycoris radiata. The results showed thatunder the appropriate high temperature(20 ℃、25 ℃) treatment, Lycoris radiata sprout new roots during the green leaf period,and its leaves turned withered and yellow. Soluble protein content in bulb of Lycoris radiata during the green leaf period increased first and then decreased.While soluble sugar content and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity decreased first and then increased.This shows that during the green leaf period,the treatment with the appropriate high temperature promotes the germination of new roots of Lycoris radiata, it also promotes leaf withered and yellow of Lycoris radiata, and it affects the physiological characteristics of bulb of Lycoris radiata. But temperature has no direct effect on root germination of Lycoris radiata, and there is no significant correlation between physiological characteristics of bulb of Lycoris radiata and root germination. While there is a significant correlation between leaf withering and root germination. Therefore, temperature indirectly affects root germination by regulating the growth rhythm of Lycoris radiata.
