摘要
本文报道了一种通过微波辅助合成5-芳亚甲基-2,3--二苯基噻唑-4-酮类衍生物的新方法。以H2O为溶剂、K2CO3为去氢试剂、四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,2,3-二苯基噻唑-4-酮与取代醛在微波辅助下发生Knoevenagel反应,生成5-芳亚甲基-2,3-二苯基噻唑-4-酮类衍生物,产率最高可达85%。
A new and efficient Knoevenagel reaction via microwave irradiation to form 5-arylidene-2,3-diphenylthiazolidin-4-ones is described. Using K2 CO3 as dehydrogenase reagents,H2 O as solvent,TBAB as the catalyst,a series of 5-arylidene-2,3-diphenyl-thiazolidin-4-ones were successfully obtained in excellent yields from 2,3-diphenylthiazolidin-4-ones.
