白炭黑/纳米甲壳素/多层石墨烯对溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶性能的影响

摘要
将白炭黑、纳米甲壳素与多层石墨烯三者并用填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶,考察了多层石墨烯用量对并用胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐老化性能及Payne效应的影响。结果表明,加入多层石墨烯后,SSBR/BR混炼胶的焦烧时间及正硫化时间明显缩短,硫化速率加快,加工性能得到改善;随着多层石墨烯用量的增加,SSBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸强度略提高后降低,100%定伸应力及300%定伸应力逐渐降低,扯断伸长率增大,撕裂强度及邵尔A硬度变化不大;经热空气老化后,SSBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸强度变化率明显降低,综合考虑,多层石墨烯最佳用量为1.0份;随着多层石墨烯用量的增加,SSBR/BR混炼胶的Payne效应逐渐下降,而硫化胶的Payne效应变化不大。
        Solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber( SSBR)/cis-1,4-butadiene rubber( BR)blends were filled with silica/nano chitin/multilayer graphene,and the effects of amount of multilayer graphene on curing characteristics,mechanical properties,aging resistance and Payne effect of the blends were investigated. The results showed that the multilayer graphene could shorten the scorch time and curing time,accelerate the rate of vulcanization,and improve processability of SSBR/BR compounds. With increasing amount of multilayer graphene,the tensile strength of the vulcanizates slightly increased first and then decreased,modulus at 100% and modulus at 300% decreased, elongation at break increased,while tear strength and Shore A hardness had little change. After hot air aging,the change of tensile strength decreased significantly. Based on the overall balance, the suitable of multilayer graphene was 1. 0 phr. With the increase of amount of multilayer graphene,the Payne effect of SSBR/BR compounds decreased,while the Payne effect of the vulcanizates had little change.
