氢化丁腈橡胶的补强技术研究进展

摘要
氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)是由丁腈橡胶(NBR)经催化选择性加氢制得的弹性体,具有优异的力学性能和耐热、耐候等性能,有着广泛的应用。重点介绍了HNBR传统的补强体系炭黑和白炭黑的应用研究进展,并介绍了甲基丙烯酸锌、蒙脱土以及不同填料并用的研究进展,指出目前国内对HNBR的研究多集中在后加工与填料补强方面,但是没有相对稳定的原料体系,所以应加强HNBR工艺的开发,加快开发自主知识产权的成套技术和产品,指出低成本、环保化的功能填料是补强填料的研究趋势。
        HNBR has excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance,weather resistance and so on,which is made of nitrile rubber elastomer by catalyzed hydrogenation selectively,and it is widely used.The research progress in reinforcing system of HNBR was introduced respectively,such as carbon black,white carbon black,methyl acrylic acid zinc and montmorillonite.And mixed use of fillers was elaborated.The current domestic research concentrated in the processing and reinforcing filler on HNBR has been pointed out,lack of the relative stable material system.So the development of independent intellectual property rights of technology and products should be accelerated.And filler of low cost,environmental protection is the trend of research on reinforcing filler.
