摘要
为解决我国建筑施工企业安全培训中需求分析定位不明确、培训内容更新缓慢及培训效果不佳等问题,应用行为安全"2-4"模型对建筑施工企业高处坠落和坍塌两种主要事故类型及原因进行分析,结合建筑施工企业安全培训现状,探讨行为安全"2-4"模型在建筑施工企业安全培训中的应用。提出培训过程要接受监督,确保建筑施工企业安全培训效果。
To solve the lack of clarity in needs analysis positioning, the slowness of training content update, and the poor training effect in construction enterprises' safety training in China, this paper applies behavioral safety "2-4" model to analyze two kinds of main accidents such as high fall and template collapse, and their causes. Combining with the current conditions of construction enterprises' safety training, this paper studies the application of behavioral safety "2-4" model in construction enterprises' safety training, and suggests that the training process should be evaluated and supervised to ensure the construction enterprises' safety training effect.
