新型钢筋连接滚压铣削直螺纹系统在桥梁预制化工厂生产中的研究及应用

摘要
桥梁预制拼装技术在我国的推广,也使得预制工厂对于钢筋处理集成系统有了更高的需求。根据现有桥梁钢筋中直螺纹钢筋作为主要连接形式的现状,自主开发新型钢筋连接滚压铣削直螺纹系统,来组成钢筋处理集成系统中对钢筋连接接头的加工处理。该系统由一台大吨位油压扣管机和一台快速钢筋直螺纹套丝机共同组成。通过研发钢筋成套加工连接系统等成果,解决了目前传统钢筋连接工艺中效率低、精度差的问题,加快钢筋连接的效率,大幅提高钢筋加工日产能力,减少操作工人数量,降低加工能耗,为企业带来巨大的经济效益的同时,将桥梁预制拼装技术的工厂化程度推进了一大步。
        As the development of the viaduct with prefabricated assembly technology our country,the requirement of the integrated system of rebar processing in the prefabricated factory is increasing.According to the main rebar connection mode in viaduct construction is straight thread connection,a new rebar straight thread connection processing system with rolling and milling function is researched and applied in the integrated system of rebar processing in shanghai.The system is composed of a large tonnage crimping machine and a rapid rebar straight thread mantle fiber machine.With application of this system,the problems of inefficiency and low-accuracy in the viaduct with prefabricated assembly are solved,and the industrialization in prefabrication factory is increased.
