临时性模块化箱式房屋施工工法

摘要
针对临时性箱式房屋标准化程度低,设计、生产、安装等环节标准不统一,节能舒适性能需提升、产业化程度低的问题,介绍集箱式房屋的设计、生产、安装于一体的工法,采用标准化定型化设计、工业化流水线生产、程序化模块化安装,快速高效地完成临时性模块化箱式房屋的建造施工,使其整个过程达到绿色施工、减排减放、节能环保的目的。
In view of the issue of the low degree of standardization of temporary box houses,the inconsistency of standards in design,production and installation,the improved energy saving and comfortable performance and the low degree of industrialization. This method is designed to integrate the design, production,and installation of box houses,and adopt the standardized and stereotyped design,the industrial production line production,and the programming module to promise the construction of the temporary modular box house is completed quickly and efficiently,so that the whole process can achieve the goal of green construction,emission reduction and reduction, energy saving and environmental protection.
