摘要

结合地铁项目部近期开展的风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防体系初步建设工作,对双重预防体系的实施情况进行分析,建立了双重预防体系"互联网+"信息平台,并结合手机客户端对现场安全生产进行动态管控,有效的提高了现场安全生产管理水平,并提出了双重预防体系在地铁施工阶段实施的关键点及建议。
        Combined with the preliminary construction work of the double prevention system of risk management and control and hidden trouble investigation and control recently carried out by the metro project department, the implementation of the dual prevention system was analyzed, and the "Internet +" information platform for the dual prevention system was established, and the dynamic control of the field safety production was carried out with the mobile client, which effectively raised the level of safety management at the scene, and put forward key points and suggestions for the implementation of double prevention system in metro construction stage.
