新型GRC模壳结构柱施工安装方法研究

摘要
装配式建筑是改善我国人居环境、降低建筑能耗、建筑业转型升级的重要抓手。在大力发展装配式建筑的背景下,如何实现"两提两减",满足建筑业高质量发展需求,优化部品部件生产安装工艺,高度一体化集约施工方法,已经成为装配式建筑高效施工迫切需求。采用工程实例与理论研究相结合的方法,对一种新型GRC模壳结构柱的施工安装方面进行了探索,总结提出了GRC模壳柱的施工安装方法,并和传统施工工艺进行了对比,GRC模壳柱具有施工安装高效的特点,可以进一步提高装配式建筑的施工效率和效益。
The implementation of prefabricated building is an effective way to improve the living environment,reduce building energy consumption and upgrade the construction industry. Recently,there has been developed the prefabricated concrete structure vigorously,how to realize"two lifting and two reducing",meet the high-quality development demand of the construction industry,optimize the production and installation process of parts and components,and highly integrated and intensive construction methods have become an urgent demand for efficient construction of prefabricated buildings. A combination of engineering examples and theoretical was used in this paper,summarized proposes the installation of a new type of GRC formwork shell structure column,summarizes the installation method of GRC formwork shell column,and compares it with the traditional reinforced concrete members. GRC formwork shell column has the characteristics of high construction and installation efficiency,which can further improve the construction efficiency of prefabricated buildings.
