摘要
CRD法在暗挖工程中应用极为广泛,适用于地质条件差、跨度大、沉降控制要求高的隧道以及多通道交汇的部位,因为施工步序较多、力学转换复杂,往往是施工中的重点和难点。本文结合地下通道三通处工程实例的特点,分析了CRD法在该部位的施工技术难点,对多通道交汇处地下通道的施工技术进行了系统的研究,有针对性地提出了相应的解决方案,包括超前支护、断面调整、加固措施、导洞划分、优化二次衬砌施工步序等关键技术,并辅以通道内外沉降监测等信息化措施,成功解决了新开马头门空间、跨度大以及群洞效应引起沉降叠加而造成的过量沉降等技术难点,实现了预控目标。相关施工技术尤其适用于大跨度、大断面地下多通道交汇处,可为类似工程提供参考。
        The CRD method is widely used in underground excavation projects.It is suitable for tunnels with poor geological conditions,large spans,high requirements for controlling the settlement,and multi-channel intersections.Because of the large number of construction steps and complicated mechanical transformation,it is often the focus of construction.Based on the characteristics of the engineering examples in the three links of underground passage,this author analyzed the construction technical difficulties of C.RD method in this part,systematically studied the construction technology of the underground passage at the multi-channel intersection,and proposed the corresponding solutions in a targeted manner.It included key technologies such as advanced support,section adjustment,reinforcement measures,guidance for hole division,optimization for secondary lining construction steps,as well as supplementing informationization measures such as settlement monitoring inside and outside the channel,so as to successfully solve the space and span of the newly-opened horse-head door.The technical difficulties,including large settlement and the excessive settlement caused by the stacking effect from the group hole,had achieved the pre-control target.The relevant construction technology is especially suitable for largespan,large-section underground multi-channel intersections,which can provide reference for similar projects.
